Billionaire Steve Cohen Pulls the Trigger on These 2 High-Yield Dividend Stocks

This company is a real estate investment trust (REIT), based in Raleigh, North Carolina, holds a portfolio of properties in the best business districts (BBDs) of rising urban areas across the sunbelt: Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh, Richmond, and Tampa. In addition, Highwoods also has properties in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The company owns, develops, leases, and manages its properties, and boasts more than 27.4 million square feet of usable space with a 91.1% occupancy.
